In New York City a talk-show host and his shock guests are all Wicked parading around on TV pretending to be cheap entertainment when in fact they are helping to corrupt the viewers. A married priest makes love to his mistress and a spiral mark appeared between his shoulder blades. When he returns home to his wife they also make love only for his lower body to explode spraying the same shape onto the wall in his blood. Out on the streets Nathan stands next to a legless man playing a flute. He is a Gatemaster who lost his legs to a shadow demon. the demon that now opens the walls behind him so he can enter Club Wicked, a place for demons, cherubs and evil.
